Isabel Commandeur is a versatile and unique singer and actress from The Netherlands.

With her strong performance, Isabel became winner of the Dutch tv-program My Name Is (The Dutch equivalent of American Idol). By singing songs from the pop diva Christina Aguilera in the exhilarating finals she won a leading role in the musical Daddy Cool.

Isabel is World Champion of acting, winning a gold medal at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood. She also won a bronze medal for Vocal Opera and Vocal Pop. And a scholarship for the acting program for Film & TV at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.

Most recently Isabel played the role of Annette in the Broadway musical Saturday Night Fever.

Commandeur received her musical education at the Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam and graduated with a degree in Musical Theatre.

Since then, her various musical theatre credits have included A little Night Music, Into The Woods, Bernarda Alba, Lover or Loser and Nieuwe avonturen met Dolfje Weerwolfje.

Performing in top places like The Peace Palace in The Hague and different Jazz Festivals across The Netherlands, Isabel creates the wow effect for audiences performing her own show.
